Introduction

Welcome to Rohkum Creates. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully as they define your rights and obligations when using the services of Rohkum Creates.

1. Services Provided

Rohkum Creates offers the following services:

  • Logo Design

  • Website Design and Development

  • Viral Reels Editing

  • E-Commerce Store Design and Setup

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Service Engagement Process

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using our services. Rohkum Creates reserves the right to change these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service signifies acceptance of any adjustments.

3.1 Consultation

Each project begins with a consultation to understand the client's requirements. This consultation can take place via email, video call, or phone call.

3.2 Quotation and Payment

Upon discussing the project scope, a detailed quotation will be provided. Projects will commence upon receiving a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon completion before final delivery.

3.3 Revisions

For Logo Design and Viral Reels Editing, clients are entitled to up to 3 rounds of revisions. Further revisions may incur additional fees. For Website Design and E-Commerce Store Setup, revisions are included within the scope of the agreed project plan. Any major revisions outside of the original project scope may be subject to extra charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Provision of Information

Clients must provide all necessary content, materials, and information required to complete the project on time. This includes, but is not limited to, logos, images, product details, and any specific design requirements. Failure to provide the required information may result in delays.

4.2 Feedback and Approval

Timely feedback and approval are essential for the project to move forward. Delays in providing feedback may affect delivery timelines. Once a project or revision is approved, no further changes will be made without additional charges.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

5.1 Logo Design

Upon full payment, the final logo design will be the property of the client. Rohkum Creates reserves the right to use the design for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

5.2 Website Design and E-Commerce Setup

The ownership of the website design and e-commerce setup will be transferred to the client upon full payment. However, any third-party tools, plugins, or services integrated into the website will be subject to their own licenses and ownership.

5.3 Viral Reels Editing

Ownership of the final edited video content is transferred to the client upon full payment. Rohkum Creates retains the right to display portions of the work for promotional or portfolio purposes unless explicitly prohibited by the client.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 Cancellation by Client

If the client chooses to cancel the project after work has commenced, no refund of the deposit will be issued. If the cancellation occurs after significant progress, Rohkum Creates reserves the right to invoice the client for additional work completed.

6.2 Cancellation by Rohkum Creates

Rohkum Creates reserves the right to cancel a project at any time if we believe it is not in line with our standards or if communication becomes problematic. In such cases, a prorated refund of the deposit will be issued, based on the amount of work completed.

7. Delivery and Timelines

We strive to deliver projects within the timelines agreed upon during the consultation phase. However, any delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback or provision of materials) may push back the final delivery date.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rohkum Creates is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to technical problems with third-party platforms, delays, or design outcomes that do not meet client expectations.

9. Confidentiality

All client information and project details will be treated as confidential. Rohkum Creates will not disclose any information to third parties without prior consent, except where necessary to deliver the services.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rohkum Creates operates. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation or the courts of said jurisdiction.
